Troubleshooting

• I solved the puzzle but no Yumi came out.
• Yumies are cautious little beings, while they may or may not respond every time the puzzle is solved and the passage is open (electric charge rings), you can keep trying and eventually some of them may respond to you and come through. When a Yumi responds, a bright portal will open and within 0-5 minutes a Yumi will appear!
• It has been over 5 minutes, the portal is open but no Yumi has appeared.
• Rezzing objects in Second Life can be tricky sometimes and sometimes our little friends need a little extra help to come out of the portal. Before a Yumi can come out of the portal, make sure Build and Scripts are enabled on your parcel/land. You may also need to check if you have enough prims and have the portal set to the proper group (if applicable). If this issue occurs, rectify the above issues mentioned. Wait 5 minutes, then touch the core (center) of the puzzle. A message will appear that your Yumi is stuck. Type UNSTUCK in open chat and a Yumi should appear soon. If that still fails to spawn your Yumi within 5 minutes, please file a support ticket for an admin to come to your portal location. Please include the SLURL in your ticket.
• What if I ran out of prims when a Yumi was trying to come through the portal?
• Wait 5 minutes, make some room on your land, check build group tags and then touch the center and type UNSTUCK in open chat. Please be advised that it is case-sensitive so you must type UNSTUCK in all uppercase letters.
• What do I do when the core turns red?
• If the core is attempting to connect to the Nether, the core will turn red. If the core is unable to establish contact with the Nether for 5 minutes, it will stay red and you can touch the core to try connecting again. If it still fails, try rezzing it in another region. Once the core has successfully reconnected, the core will turn white.
• What do I do when my Yumi hasn't appeared after I click Elemental on the crystal?
• Wait 30 seconds then touch the crystal and type "UNSTUCK" in open chat. Then touch the crystal and choose Elemental. A Yumi should appear if the land has Build and is set to the proper group (if applicable).
• What if I ran out of prims when I was trying to convert my Yumi back into elemental form?
• You can take the crystal into your inventory and rez it at a location with enough prims and build permissions to then click 'Elemental'.
• My achievement points are not updating as I'm discovering Yumies.
• Achievement points are rewarded when major milestones are reached. Your achievement points will then roll over into the next level bracket.
• My score not updating as I'm solving Puzzles.
• In order to control network traffic we only update scores when a Yumi is discovered. We track your high score on the portal and it will update automatically when the next Yumi comes out of the portal
